Hotel Reservations: A block of rooms will be reserved for Tuesday & Wednesday, February 2-4, 2010. After receiving your registration, we will email a hotel confirmation number. THERE IS NO NEED TO CALL THE HOTEL FOR A RESERVATION.
Additional Participants at your own cost: The NCRRC will cover expenses for three Part B and three Part C participants, for a total of six participants per State. Additional members from your State are welcome to attend; however, your State will be responsible for their expenses. Additional participants still need to register by Wednesday, December 23rd, 2009. Additional participants need to make their own travel plans and hotel accommodations. When making hotel reservations, please call the Westin in Indianapolis, IN at (317) 262-8100 and be sure to ask for the NCRRC block of rooms to receive the discounted rate.
Local Ground Transportation: The estimated cab fare from the airport to the hotel is $50-75 dollars. The hotel is approximately 10 miles from the airport. The hotel does not have a shuttle service, however, a Super Shuttle is available from the airport at $16/person.
Cancellation: To avoid charges, we ask that you cancel hotel reservations 72 hours before the start of the conference.
