Flight Arrangements: After registering, you will receive an automated email thanking you for registering. A second e-mail will be sent to you with a NCRRC/Travel Leaders Authorization number to use for making flight reservations. Reservations need to be made through the NCRRC’s travel agency Travel Leaders, no later than January 5th, 2010. Please contact Jason Kreuscher at 800.695.9925 ext. 6318 and reference the NCRRC Regional Meeting and the Travel Authorization number to book your flight. Please be sure of your travel dates and time availability before making your reservations. Changes made on flight reservations that incur additional charges are the responsibility of the State agency.
Additional Participants at your own cost: The NCRRC will cover expenses for three Part B and three Part C participants, for a total of six participants per State. Additional members from your State are welcome to attend; however, your State will be responsible for their expenses. Additional participants still need to complete registration by Wednesday, December 23, 2009. Additional participants need to make their own travel plans and hotel accommodations. When making hotel reservations, be sure to ask for the NCRRC block of rooms to receive the discounted rate. See the "Hotel Information" Tab for hotel contact information.
